BENU RESTAURANT REDESIGN
Benu is a brand identity redesign for the acclaimed three-Michelin-star restaurant in San Francisco, inspired by its balance of refined technique, innovation, and ingredient-driven cuisine. The project explores how a visual identity can reflect the restaurant's meticulous approach while maintaining a sense of warmth and restraint.
The identity features a custom logo inspired by scissor tongs, paired with delicate mustard leaf illustrations that reference the natural ingredients at the heart of Benu's menu. Combined with elegant typography and an understated visual system, the branding creates a timeless identity that reflects the restaurant's craftsmanship, sophistication, and contemporary approach to fine dining.
